My kids are busy building their own lives, and that's exactly how it should be. It also means it's my turn to venture out on my own or with friends. Sometimes that's a solo weekend out of town or a girls' trip. Sometimes it's just a Saturday day trip to somewhere I've always been curious about. This is where I share those adventures, big and small.
Aruba with Family
I love traveling with my family, and Aruba was one of those trips: lazy pool mornings and the Casibari Rock Formations, which showed us a whole different side of the island. I'll always say yes to trips like this. But the kids have their own schedules now, and I'm not waiting for everyone's calendar to line up before I go somewhere. So alongside the family trips, you'll see some new kinds here: trips with friends, and trips that are just me, exploring the things I'm interested in even when no one else is.
